Kristin Liffick Jacob, O.D. is an University of Washington graduate with a doctorate from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon. She completed an internship with Northwest Eye Surgeons before graduation. Kristin specializes in primary care optometry and is able to deal with many health problems of the eye including treating bacterial and allergic conjunctivitis, foreign body removal and dry eye treatment.  She routinely makes referrals for cataract surgery and glaucoma treatment for her patients.  She has been seeing patients in the greater Seattle area since 2001.

Dr. Jacob began wearing contacts at the age of eight years old, and has worn spectacles, soft yearly contact lenses, soft 2 week disposable contact lenses, soft daily disposable contact lenses and rigid gas permeable contact lenses. She had a successful LASIK procedure performed in 2002. Whether it’s glasses, contacts or LASIK you are interested in, Dr. Jacob will be able to give you advice from years of her own personal experience.

During her off time, Dr. Jacob enjoys doing activities with her family. Gardening, running and cooking are some of her favorite hobbies.
